David C. Dantes has been an attorney, licensed to practice in the state of California, since 1982.     He has been handling Real Estate and Business litigation for more than 20 years.     Since 1984 he has developed an emphasis in landlord-tenant matters, representing both landlords and tenants.     He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.     David C. Dantes has been actively involved in teaching and writing.  He has been coaching the Burbank, CA. High School Mock Trial Team in an annual competition since 1996.  He has finished his first book (The Art of Litigation) to teach young lawyers to become better lawyers.
